Just want the 20% off that was offered in an email sent to me at 11/21/2017 3:02 PM. This email did not say there were conditions or codes and was good from the 23rd-26th.
There were other emails that did list conditions and codes. Called cust service after i made my purchase and did not get the 20% off - they were not helpful. When you offer up a deal - you should stand by it. When you call a cust service rep - they should fix it - I should not have to take it to the internet for satisfaction.
This is the 2nd item i bought from them in 10 days. I will take future business elsewhere.

I didn't like: 1st hoodie was too small - my bad, 2nd hoodie was sold out of the size i wanted, False discount was emailed to me, Bad cust service rep did not hear me - just told me i was wrong.
